Terms and Conditions for MPlusEHR

Thank you for choosing MPlusEHR, a state-of-the-art medical AI designed to assist healthcare professionals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MPlusEHR and any of our related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using MPlusEHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service MPlusEHR is a medical AI developed to assist healthcare professionals, especially doctors, in their daily tasks to save time and enhance patient care.

3. Prohibited Usage

  • 3.1. Unsupervised Use: The AI must never be used unsupervised by non-medical professionals. The main purpose of MPlusEHR is to assist and not replace the physician. It is essential that all output from MPlusEHR is reviewed by a licensed physician or relevant medical professional before any action is taken.

  • 3.2. Impersonation: No user may impersonate another physician or healthcare professional using MPlusEHR. You are strictly responsible for all activities under your login credentials.

4. Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

  • 4.1. Data Input: The physician is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data input into MPlusEHR. Mistakes or omissions may lead to inaccurate outputs.

  • 4.2. Postings: Any content, recommendations, or decisions made, posted, or shared under the physician's name will be the sole responsibility of that physician. MPlusEHR will not be held accountable for errors or omissions resulting from physician’s decisions based on our system's output.

5. Liability

MPlusEHR, its creators, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use MPlusEHR; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MPlusEHR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Medical Disclaimer

MPlusEHR is designed to assist healthcare professionals in their duties. However, it should not be solely relied upon for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. The system is an assistive tool and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Physicians and other healthcare professionals should always exercise their own clinical judgment when diagnosing and treating patients. Patients should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding their medical condition and treatment. MPlusEHR is not intended to serve as a primary diagnostic tool, nor should it be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions. It's imperative to verify any critical information independently.

9. User Accounts and Security

  • 9.1. Account Creation: To access certain features of MPlusEHR, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • 9.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

10. Intellectual Property

  • 10.1. Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in and to MPlusEHR, including any software, graphics, logos, and content (except for your data), are and will remain the exclusive property of MPlusEHR and its licensors. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • 10.2. Restrictions: You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, attempt to derive the source code, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, rent, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit MPlusEHR, except as expressly permitted by us.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Termination
